REGISTRY ASSISTANT (FAMILY JUSTICE COURTS)
FAMILY PROTECTION & SUPPORT DIVISION
The successful candidate will provide support to the Family Protection & Support Division of the Family Justice Courts (FJC).
The key responsibilities / duties for this position are:
· Provide operational support for the Registry and Court Operations.
· Deliver and explain official court documents to parties within Singapore.
· Handle court users’ enquiries over the counter.
· Facilitate applications and submission of court documents at the registry counter.
· Provide administrative support through the use of manual/electronic filing and e-systems.
Requirements
· Able to perform field duties outside FJC premises which involves travelling around Singapore using public or own transport (reimbursable)
· Proficient in MS Office
· Able to converse in English and in at least 1 other local language (to liaise with court users)
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Independent and able to think on one’s feet
· Team player
· Customer service-oriented
Candidate will be based at Family Justice Courts (FJC).
The successful candidate will be appointed on a one-year probationary contract in the first instance.
