Major Functions:

The Assistant Manager for the Market Transformation Team will play a key role in driving WWF Singapore's initiatives to engage businesses, producers, and consumers in sustainable practices, specifically in preventing deforestation and conversion of ecosystems and reducing waste to landfill. • Calendar and travel management

2. BU SMTR and IEA Organizational Support

• Manage the coordination and logistical support for team events such as offsite or in house team meetings or team building activities, business meetings
• Plan and project manage any related conferences including identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements and deliver the event as planned.
• Maintain and own the teams’ Sharepoint sites
• Maintain the organisational charts
• Responsible for the yearly calendar for the GMs and Leadership Team (Townhalls, regular meetings, seminars, workshops, collaboration meetings)

3. APAC ICP Support

• Support and coordinate with relevant regional and BU partners during BU ICPs and portfolio management activities
