Job Description

• Installation, commissioning, maintenance and testing of equipment.
• Compile field service reports after servicing of equipment.
• Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains product database, entering data.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or higher
• Strong interpersonal skill
• Good analyzing information and verbal communication skills
• Class 3 driving license

• Opportunities for overseas training and job.
• On the job training and Safety training will be provided.

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Location: Woodlands

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documentation
• Coordinate with internal customer service and warehouse to ensure on-time delivery to customer
• Liaise with the forwarder for shipment booking and collection
• Handle parts
• Others ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• A candidate with in-house shipper experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
• In the future might change the shift to 12 hours
• Need to carry parts when required (up to 5kg)
