Architectural Assistant

$2,500 to $3,500

Role & Responsibilities:

¬ Produce architectural working drawings.

¬ To liaise and coordinate with external consultants and the client team.

¬ To liaise and source products from suppliers.

¬ Review and check drawings for compliance with authorities' requirements.

¬ Preparation and completion of tender documents and specifications.

¬ Resolve problems that arise during construction.

Qualifications:

¬ Degree and/or Diploma from a recognised university.

Technical requirements:

¬ Good competence in Rhino (3D and 2D), Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), competence in D5 is a plus.

¬ Curious, interested in theoretical and conceptual approach to design

¬ Self-motivated

¬ Proactive in problem-solving

¬ Adaptable

¬ Good time management skills

¬ Ability to work independently and a good team player.

Salary: $2,500 to $3,500, based on working experience.
