Job Specifications/Requirements:

• Certificate in any field.
• Class 4 License is a must.
• Preferably 2 years’ experience in waste/recycling management or related fields.
• Knowledge of refuse truck operations including gps, loadcells and etc.
• Safety requirements.
• Adaptability, professionalism and positive attitude and show willingness to learn.

• Assist in preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
• Support sales and accounting departments to ensure successful sales and financing transactions
• Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
• Manage bank book through recording financial inflows and outflows for bank reconciliation and daily reporting and forecasting for payments and deductions
• Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skill Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Minimum 2 years experience in relevant fields
• Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems

• To provide Programme support for clients who require assistance with ADLs.
• To perform daily operations such as toileting, feeding, transferring of clients.
• Sitting in and supporting during programmes to ensure participation and safety of clients.
• Perform daily stretching and exercise routine with clients.
• Checking of parameters, accurate input into daily log.
