• Assist in year-end audit.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager (i.e. reporting to Singapore Department of Statistics, KYC request from banks, etc.)

Job Requirements

• Possess Degree in Accounting or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in GST reporting is a must.
• Knowledge of SAP Accounting system will be a plus.
• Attention to details, meticulous and ability to multi-task in fast pace environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Accounts payable bookkeeper
• Basic salary up to $3000
• Variable bonus on a yearly basis
• Location: Ubi
• Work week: 5 days (Only need to come back half day on Sat once in a month)
• Timing: 9.00am - 6.15pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate suppliers' invoices to various departments for verification and approval before posting
• Prepare suppliers' payments
• Perform monthly reconciliation of creditor's statement of accounts
• Assist in the preparation of journals for the monthly closing of accounts
• Other duties as and when assigned

Key Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Accounting / Business Administration or equivalent
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in accounts payable
