Roles & Responsibilities

As a Retail Assistant, you are responsible for stacking, displaying, replenishment of products on the shelves and monitoring expiry dates and shelf lives of products. You are required to assist in the loading and unloading of goods, maintain neat and systematic storing of products and perform daily housekeeping. You are to provide prompt, helpful and courteous service to customers at all times. You are also expected to perform any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

Able to read and understand product labels
Able to carry load of 10KG and stock replenishment
Able to work 5 days/week (including weekends & PH)
Service-oriented and a team player

Full-Time work schedule:

9am - 6pm

Job Scope:

• Invoice processing: Responsible for accurately processing incoming invoices from vendors, ensuring they are properly coded, approved and entered into the accounting system in a timely manner. • Assisting in maintaining compliance with internal controls, accounting standards and regulatory requirements related to AP processed. This includes ensuring proper segregation of duties, adhering to approval workflows and assisting with audits or reviews of AP transactions.

• Ensure the accuracy of records entries & proper documentation;

• Participate in projects which improve operations efficiency and effectively review the current processes and initiate improvement;

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing prior to deployment of changes in system;

Our Requirements

• Degree from recognized institution;

• Preferred at least 1 year relevant experience specializing in insurance administration/business processing;

• Applicant along with experience in processing group insurance policies will be an advantage;

• Good time management, good analytical skills, detailed-oriented and pro-activeness;

• Task and results oriented, and a good team player
