Jobscope:

• Supports high-quality electronic Trial Master Files (eTMFs). Performs set-up, maintenance (filing and approving documents) and archiving of eTMFs.

• Provides CRO oversight by developing eTMF guidelines, establishing review processes, and ensure the filing completeness.

• Manages documentation of clinical studies in compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and perform filing QC "

• Supports CPMs with vendor creation, budget and invoice management: checking of good receipt and payments, uploading invoice information in Finance budget tool, assist on planning of commitments monthly and keeping track of actual spending for each study

• Supports maintenance of clinical studies management tracking tools and trackers. Support study team to register study on ct.gov.

• Assists study team in the quality check of protocols, informed consent forms and advertisement materials to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

• Supports organization of clinical meetings (internal meetings, meetings with CROs, Investigators meetings, etc.) including agenda, minutes, logistics.

• Assists in managing global communications (e.g., Newsletters, emails, website posting). "

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound of products.
• Receive, inspect, and allocate product items to specific storage areas.
• Picking and packing of product items for dispatch.
• Repack goods and perform minor maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating parts (Value-Added Services).
• Prepare shipments for dispatch.
• Perform inventory management, including housekeeping and cycle counting.
• Evaluate stock conditions and perform minor repairs on inventory or pallets as needed.
• Ensure all documents and procedures comply with the company's guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment in the warehouse.
• Other ad hoc tasks as directed by supervisors.

• At least 1 year of Warehousing working experience.
• Possess a valid Forklift license.
• Able to carry load (up to 20kg) when required.
• Have good computer skills, experience in using WMS system is an added advantage.

Job Description:

• Assist in the management of daily operations
• Provide good communications in sales to customers
• Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets
• Assist Store-in-charge in compiling monthly report.
• Assist Store-in-charge in completing and submitting documents in accordance to deadlines/instructions.
• Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
• Ensuring overall cleanliness of outlet
• Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
• Other ad-hoc tasks as delegated by the company
• Ensure that the store is in good condition i.e. shelves are replenished, fixtures are clean, etc.
• Ensure all POS/VM materials and other collaterals being displayed at the shop floor are up-to date and displayed according to a standard visual merchandising standards
• To investigate on any stock variances
• Ensure team members follow the company policies and procedures
• To train retail associates on customer service and product knowledge
• Sports/Outdoor/Travel goods industry

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in Retail
• Have good working commitment
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• Self motivated individual to achieve sales target
• Minimum Diploma Level or above
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, organized, team player
