Job Description:

• Provide administrative support for public tender projects (overseas expansion projects for prefectures and public offices) won by the Japanese sales team.
• The main services of the tender are to provide management consulting, mentoring, guidance on the creation of marketing products and business matching for Japanese and foreign companies, and the specific tasks you will be asked to perform are as follows.
  - Progress management and meeting arrangements for tendered projects
  - Tracking and managing consultants' working hours
  - Prepare reports for public tender organising bodies
  - Coordinating the schedule, attending meetings and taking minutes for each party (public tender organisation, our company, local companies and foreign companies).

1. HR and Labour Advisory

• Provides comprehensive support to clients in the management of their companies in compliance with employment laws and fair employment practices in Singapore.Examples of assistance:
  - Advisory services on HR strategies regarding client's workforce structure and organisation building.
  - Screening and interviewing of local staff on behalf of clients and drafting of employment contract and employment regulations on behalf of clients.
  - Assisting clients in dealing with inspections conducted by the Singapore Government on employment matters.
  - HR advisory services for Japanese companies establishing regional headquarters and financial institutions converting from representative offices to branch offices.
  - Advisory services on redundancy in restructuring of Japanese companies
  

2. Application for work visas and agency work

• Assist approximately 100 expatriates annually in obtaining work visas.
• In-charge of consolidating the information until it is given to Admin staff.

3. Background checks (issuance of certificates of academic qualifications required for obtaining work visas in Singapore).

• Mainly supervises operations.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in English at the level of TOEIC 700 or above as a guide to communicate with local counterparts
• Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with client from Japan HQ.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience
• Must have Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook/Word/Excel/ Power point)
