Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Minutes of meeting experience and Diploma is a must

1. Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, PowerPoint presentation and documenting minutes.

2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.

3. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan, escalating to Service Delivery Manager (SDM), Project Director (PD) any necessary requirement from customers.

4. Plan, track and monitor the tasks assigned to the managers, team leaders and members

5. Clear and open communication with customers on operations and project issues or clarifications.

6. Assist in creating of PowerPoint presentation and Excel documents.

Job Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent

• Proven 3 years’ experience in project coordination or project management support roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

What you will be working on

You will lead a team of officers responsible for managing the Withdrawal Schemes administration under Account Closure. Your role involves improving business processes and efficiency by actively seeking enhancements and collaborating across departments. You will also boost customer satisfaction by using data analysis and modern technology to identify and solve customer challenges.

• Lead team managing CPF withdrawal schemes and support Section Head in strategising and designing withdrawal services to meet future needs

An experienced and mature Accounts Executive with commitment, determination and proven records of working in a busy Finance department providing essential support to the Finance Team. Possessing excellent numerical & data entry skills along with a comprehensive understanding of commercial, administrative and accounting procedures. Having a proven ability to ensure that day to day work is carried out in line the agreed policies and procedures and quality standards.

Job Purpose

The Accounts Executive is responsible in maintaining updated cash book and unpaid Trade Contractor Certificate of Payment Response (TCCP) / invoice log, update invoice receipt into SUN system and all accounts payable functions. The role works closely with other members of the Finance Team, as well as external liaison with Suppliers and Subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

· Check, verify, and record TCCP into unpaid TCCP log and ensuring they are charged correctly into Projects. Subsequently matching TCCP with invoices received from external suppliers/trade contractors

· Maintain and manage all cash and banking records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers

· Ensure the coordination of the statutory audit of cash, year in year out, and resolve all possible queries

· Preparation and issuance of all payments, cheques, bank transfer, etc.

· Check and verify cash transactions, maintain allowable and reasonable cash float within office

· Post purchase and payment transactions into SUN System

· Reconcile accounts payable balances and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

· Monthly bank reconciliation and investigate discrepancies

· Monitor unpaid TCCP log and account payable accounts to ensure payments are up to date

· Maintain subcontractor and vendor files in the SUN system, request bank account information and update bank payee master file

· Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries including payment status

· Update commercial department on TCCP payment status for CVR update

· Prepare trade payable confirmation and reconcile differences for audit

· Assist with month end closing

· Provide supporting documentation for audits

· Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed

• Manage full spectrum of day to say finance operation such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Reconciliation, Costing and Report analysis, and etc.
• Checking and verifying accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Responsible for monthly closing including preparation of financial reports, Journal entries, bank
• reconciliation, AR & AP aging, audit schedules, intercompany schedules, etc.
• Co-ordinate intercompany reconciliation and ensure monthly confirmations.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly management accounts.
• Manage treasury function and weekly cash flow planning.
• Preparation of Inventory report and monthly & yearly stock take.
• Manage Fixed Asset Register
• Preparation of quarterly GST statement reporting
• Handle audit queries and issues. Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.
• Compliance finance policies and procedures, ensure all in met the internal control requirement.
• Support Finance Manager in day-to-day Finance operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct in-depth benchmarking, pricing and profit analysis, generate value-added management reports, identify and monitor key performance metrics that drive business results.

· Perform cost analysis, operation leverage and breakeven study.

· Evaluate factory operational process and costing, identify improvement areas. Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize and implement best practices, costing method and operating models.

· Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making, such as pricing models, profitability models, and scenario analysis tools.

· Assess the financial impact of new business opportunities and initiatives.

· Review full set of financials and management accounts, summarize the key findings in clear format.

· Work closely with commercial teams and various stakeholders to establish, standardize and promote best practices and operation models to drive operational excellence

· Risks monitoring and control, including financial risk, business risk and operational risk

· Involved in annual audit, coordinate and liaise with auditor and internal parties for the preparation of annual financial statements

· Support and monitor Joint-Venture accounts.

· Other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Prerequisites:

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Finance, Accountancy or equivalent qualification.

· CFA and or ACCA certification referred. Strong foundation in finance management and management accounting.

· 3-6 years of relevant experience, audit background is an advantage.

· Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools e.g., Excel, financial planning software.

· Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.

· Proven expertise in processing and analyzing massive datasets

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

· Good communication and presentation skills

· Solid understanding of financial principles, financial statements, and financial analysis techniques.

· Self-motivated, resulted driven and detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity

· Adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment and capable of meeting tight deadlines.

· Willing and able to travel (All regions, including Africa and India).

Job Description

· Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients for month-end and year-end closing

· Handle GST computations and submission

· Handle payroll computations and CPF submission monthly

· Advise clients on matters relating to accounting system, accounting treatment and reporting when necessary

· Liaison with government authorities such as IRAS when necessary

· Ensure compliance with relevant statutory acts and deadlines

Requirements

· Diploma/ Degree in accounting with at least 1 - 3 years of relevant accounting experience

· Proficient in Sage50, Quickbooks and ABSS

· Able to work well independently and as a team, handling stress under tight deadlines with commitment

· Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across levels.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with people of all levels, with a good command in English

· Experience working in client accounting service.

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
