What You’ll Do:

• Front Desk Superstar: Welcome patients, manage registrations, answer inquiries, and support the doctor’s needs.
• Cash Handling & Claims: Manage payments, file claims, and maintain simple bookkeeping records.
• Hands-On Clinical Support: Assist with ECGs, nebulizers, dressings, minor procedures, and triaging.
• Stock & Supplies Pro: Ensure adequate inventory, organize medical supplies, and keep equipment functional.
• Clinic Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming clinic environment.

What We Offer:

• Salary: $2000-$2700/month
• Convenient Location: A short walk from Lakeside MRT.
• Flexible Hours:Mon-Fri: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM (3 evenings: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

Accounts Assistant

Job Description

• AP functions - Manage payment processing of vendor invoices and prepare payment.
• Prepare expenses and staff claims.
• AR functions - Post receipts to system, send monthly SOA to customers and follow up with outstanding payment.
• Reconciliation of overseas PO, invoice and SOA.
• Maintain up to date records and well organize documents.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirement

• O/A Levels/Diploma with basic accounting knowledge.
• Able to read and write in Chinese to liaise with overseas counterparts.
• Knowledge of NAVISION software will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Responsible, able to mutli-task and well-organize.
• Good command of English, good interpersonal skills and an eye for detail.
