Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Act promptly on customer requests, ensuring timely and effective responses to maintain high service standards.
• Documentation Review and Reconciliation: Check and reconcile documentation related to change requests to ensure accuracy and alignment with internal processes.
• Internal Liaison: Collaborate with various internal business units (BUs) to facilitate clear communication and support the smooth execution of departmental objectives.
• Meeting Coordination: Assist the department in arranging meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring all necessary materials are in place for effective discussions.
• Meeting Minutes: Take detailed minutes during meetings to capture key discussions, decisions, and action items for accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
• Task Tracking and Follow-Up: Support the department by tracking tasks assigned to internal BUs, monitoring progress, and following up on outstanding items as required.
• Data Cleanup and Management: Participate in data cleanup initiatives to ensure data accuracy, as well as support discussions for better data presentation.
• Change Request Management: Prepare and submit change requests as needed, ensuring compliance with established procedures and requirements.
• Ticketing and Documentation Support: Raise and manage internal tickets to support issue resolution and process improvements. Update and maintain documentation for consistency and clarity.
• Presentation and Flowchart Creation: Assist with creating presentation slides and flowcharts to support communication, training, and process visualization needs.
• Ad Hoc Support: Undertake additional administrative and support tasks as needed to contribute to the department's efficiency and operational success.

Qualifications:

• 3 years or more experience in similar roles preferred.
• Basic understanding of ICT Systems, Services and Support concepts
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism during high periods.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data management and document handling.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer liaison and inter-personnel interactions.
• Familiarity with change management processes, ticketing systems, and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) is a plus.
• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
