Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations within the warehouse department.
• Perform administrative duties involving warehouse coordination activities - PO, DO, Invoice and handling RMA case.
• Picking & packing products / loading & unloading heavy carton duties – involving online platform, outlet distribution, and cooperate orders.
• Involved in receiving of incoming goods and arran
• Maintain and update inventory records and ensure the stock inventory level is accurate.
• Perform data entry work to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information is capture in the system.
• Perform stock count as when required.
• Ensure monthly warehouse operation reports are submitted accurately and timely.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N Level.
• Candidate with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Candidates with working experiences in warehouse management.,logistic or shipping would be advantageous.
• Positive working attitude, willing to learn and team player.
• Able to start work immediate or with short notice would be a plus point.
