The Position

Reporting and working closely with Finance Manager, the AP Specialist will be responsible for the processing and payment of supplier’s invoices with the need to ensure that all invoices are properly documented and promptly recorded. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare full set accounts for month-end and year-end closings, including analysis and reporting of financial data.
• Manage expense tracking, payment processing, cash flow control, and intercompany records while ensuring proper documentation.
• Handle fixed asset management, including tracking and depreciation, and prepare monthly management reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties, including auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretaries, on financial matters.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
