• Support SEA packaging projects under manager's guidance.
• Oversee projects, ensuring alignment with roadmaps.
• Identify and resolve risks impacting project delivery.
• Track and report project progress and risks.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in engineering, technical or packaging related courses with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in food service, packaging related

Job Scope

- Attend to customers’ inquiry

- Prepare and process Air Export booking request

- Arrange for collection of cargo at customers’ premise

- Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers

- Mange customers’ expectations and complaints

- Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries

- Verify invoices from vendor

- Prepare customers’ report

Requirement

- Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel

- Must be able to work independently

- Must be able to converse in English for handling English speaking clients through email and phone

- Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work

- Outgoing personality

- Willing to learn with good attitude

- Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be at advantage

- Training will be provided
