Manage the night operations of the clubs

Maintaining safety and food quality standards

Keeping customers happy and handling complaints

Organizing schedules

Supervising daily shift operations

Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed

Establish good rapport with guests, maintain good customer relations, and handle guest feedback promptly and efficiently

Analyse the venues performance vs historical performance, industry standard as well as external affect Provide business solutions to operational matters Working Late Night is Required.

Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, sales representatives etc

Job Requirement

Preferably with 12 years of relevant experience
