QUALIFICATION GUIDE

1. Education : Diploma/Degree in accounting

2. Communication : Fluent both in oral and written English and/or Chinese

3. Experience : 3-4 Years relevant experience in accounting

4. Software/Hardware : Proficient in Excel Program

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices promptly and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Process daily accounts receivable transactions, manage cash flow, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor and address overdue accounts, ensuring timely collections and maintaining an up-to-date aging report.
• Support month-end closing activities, including transaction recording, posting journal entries, and assisting with bank reconciliations.
• Generate and distribute monthly account statements to customers.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, handling emails, and answering phone calls.

Requirements:

• Minimum "O" Level certification or equivalent; accounting-related qualifications are an advantage.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
