Job Description:

• Reconcile daily collections from clinic.
• Administer the various accounting responsibilities.
• Perform daily posting of accounts receivables and accounts payable and in ledgers.
• Provide accrual of expenses on monthly basis.
• Provide updates in AP ledger in weekly & monthly basis.
• Reimbursement of petty cash on monthly basis.
• Process payment vouchers, cheques and e-payments such as through internet banking and PayNow.
• Preparation of Management Accounts.
• Liaise with Auditors ensuring all accounting system and documentations are in compliance.
• Other ad hoc projects assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or ACCA.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrate integrity, teamwork and positive working attitude.

• Basic up to $2,800 + Performance Bonus
• Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
• Location: Hougang

Responsibilities

• Manage both accounting tasks and general office administrative duties.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
• Perform bookkeeping and maintain organized filing systems.
• Prepare and manage quotations and invoices.
• Communicate and coordinate with customers and suppliers.

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with accounting tasks: AP, AR, GL.
• Experienced in preparing quotations & invoices.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
