Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices promptly and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Process daily accounts receivable transactions, manage cash flow, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor and address overdue accounts, ensuring timely collections and maintaining an up-to-date aging report.
• Support month-end closing activities, including transaction recording, posting journal entries, and assisting with bank reconciliations.
• Generate and distribute monthly account statements to customers.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, handling emails, and answering phone calls.

Requirements:

• Minimum "O" Level certification or equivalent; accounting-related qualifications are an advantage.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.

SALARY: $2,500 - $3,000

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:

1. Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions in a timely and accurate manner

2. Preparing stock inventories, conduct stock take on monthly basis, stock reconciliation

3. Preparing tax computation for GST

4. Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records

5. Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports

6. Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and filing

7. Prepare audit schedules and fixed asset schedule

8. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues

9. Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies

Skill/Experience

* Have experienced in inventory stock take on a monthly basis would be of advantage.

* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role

* Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills

* Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* Relevant accounting qualifications
