Job Description & Requirements

• Managing full spectrum of Accounts Payable & Account Receivables
• Ensure all payments are processed according to timeline
• Assist in perform month-end closing activities
• Assist in GST preparation & submission
• Assist in preparation of Financial Statement, XBRL reporting & any other statutory report
• Assist in co-ordinate with auditors, tax agents, and other professionals for audit, compliance and taxation
• Preparation of audit schedules
• Perform other duties or task assigned by immediate superior

Job Description:

Accounts Receivable Management: Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, posting of receipts, and reconciliation of accounts.

Responsibilities :

• Handle daily cashbook update.
• Prepare payment, update AP payment & AR collection in system.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Liaise with sales team & warehouse, Monitor AR, send out SOA, release shipment in system upon AR collection, generate tax invoices after shipment

Accounts cum Admin Responsibilities:

• Processing of day to day financial transactions including invoice processing, bookkeeping records, billing and tracking business expenses.
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Assist Accountant in preparation of financial information.
• Follow up on collection of overdue accounts.
• In charge of admin functions and stock take.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
