Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of suppliers’ invoices and employees’ claims into ERP system
• Check the invoices in the Procurement-to-Pay System, Coupa, and ensure all invoices are taken into ERP system
• Liaise with suppliers and business divisions on any discrepancies in invoices and other supporting documents
• Follow up with accrual of expenses incurred by the company where invoices have not been received
• Process suppliers’ payments, including generating payment vouchers, preparing cheques and online payments
• Close follow up with payment approvers to complete the payment process
• Assist in supplier reconciliation
• Assist in preparation of AP schedules
• Participate in the month-end / year-end closing process and ensure timely completion of the closing process
• Any other tasks assigned by Team Lead / Finance Manager

Requirement:

- Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or relevant discipline

- Minimum 3 - 6 months of accounting exposure

- Training will be provided.

Job Specific
- Handle full sets of accounts including preparation of General Ledger, AP, AR, Balance sheet, and P&L for monthly and yearly reporting in CHINESE
- Responsible for daily transaction posting (AR/AP/Others) and all finance operation matters
- Handle receipts, payments, claims, and records into the accounting system on a timely basis
- Maintain monthly and yearly schedules for management and audit
- Bank reconciliation reports and monthly reconciliation of company balances
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to align the strategic goal of the company
- Support on queries from external auditors and tax agents
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience handling full set accounts
- FMCG experience will be preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Good working knowledge in Excel
- Possess initiative and ability to multitask
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
- Requires to communicate in Chinese with Chinese speaking co-workers and clients
