• Assist in ad-hoc finance duties assigned

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years full-time experience in SAP FICO and non-PO invoice processing using FB60
• Diploma graduates with good accounting knowledge
• Basic knowledge in SAP Ariba
• Good accounting knowledge
• Fast learner, quick and critical thinker, and can work independently.

Job Descriptions:

• Suppliers' invoices coding and posting.
• Circulate suppliers' invoices to various departments for verification and approval before posting.
• Prepare suppliers' payments.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of creditor's statement of accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of journals for the monthly closing of accounts.
• Update expenses schedule for monthly account closing.
• Other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Preferably with at least 2 years experience in related field.
• Hardworking, meticulous, and able to work independently.
