• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with computerized accounting systems. Familiarity with SAP accounting system is an advantage.

• Relevant qualification with about 2-3 years of experience.
• Monitor and process ecommerce sales.
• Process Orders and Generate Invoices, prepare packing list.
• Co-ordinating with Sales and Stores for delivery arrangement
• Co-ordinate sales and payments with Customers
• Prior experience in ecommerce preferred
• General administrative support
• Related ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Salary commensurate with Qualifications and experience.
