Job Scope:

Accounts Assistant

• Responsible for AP & AR
• Assist in month end closing
• Handle bookkeeping
• Oversee the track record on the spending & balance of petty cash

Accounts Executive

• Compile the Weekly Aging Receivable Report.
• Generate the Weekly Aging Payables Report.
• Establish Customer and Vendor Codes.
• Conduct Credit Control and prepare weekly vendor payments.
• Support in the weekly cash forecast.
• Pursue resolution of long outstanding debts with customers.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations.
• Aid the Finance team in the monthly financial closing and management reporting.
• Undertake other ad hoc special assignments as directed by the head of department.

Job Scope

• Oversee overall accounting and finance functions in Vietnam, with a Chief Accountant as a direct report.
• Collaborate with company secretary on directors’ board resolution preparation to ensure the documentations are in order to comply with Company Act.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience in similar position
• Possess knowledge of IFRS / ACCPAC accounting system will be an added advantage
