Duties of Accounts Payable Assistant/Executive:

• Manage invoice matching, ensuring accuracy and necessary documentation before posting to the accounting system.
• File and scan documents to the document management system.
• Conduct monthly vendor reconciliations.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare payments and submit promptly to supervisor.
• Handle additional assignments as required.

Job Specific
- Handle full sets of accounts including preparation of General Ledger, AP, AR, Balance sheet, and P&L for monthly and yearly reporting in CHINESE
- Responsible for daily transaction posting (AR/AP/Others) and all finance operation matters
- Handle receipts, payments, claims, and records into the accounting system on a timely basis

Requirements

- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability

Our client, a reputable organization in the early childhood education sector, is seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to manage their AP processes and support financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain accurate Accounts Payable (AP) records, including IBG payment documentation.
• Collate AP data from multiple centers and input it into GP Dynamics Financial Software.
• Batch AP for intercompany billing, fixed asset processing, and payments.
• Reconcile the AP sub-ledger with the general ledger and run monthly AP Aging Reports.
• Process AP payments twice a month via computer or manual cheques, including ad-hoc payments.
• Perform monthly revenue accruals for selected centers.
