Accounts

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Data entry

Job Scope

• Reporting to the Manager of Accounting, Payroll and Outsourcing.
• Responsible for providing a full spectrum of accounting, GST, payroll services, preparation of unaudited financial statements, and tax in accordance with professional standards to a portfolio of clients from various industries.
• Adherence to company standards and procedures is expected to maintain consistency and quality in all outputs.
• Any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy, Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or other equivalent professional qualifications.
• Fresh grad or 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experienced with Xero & QuickBooks Online is preferred.

• Positive work attitude and willingness to learn.
• Possess good interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.
• Meticulous and organized individual with strong initiative.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple assignments and multi-tasking.
