Manufacturing company seeks a versatile Accounts Executive who can work independently. The candidate should have experience in handling full set of accounts.

* 5-day week

* Company bus pick up at Bukit Batok MRT

Key responsibilities :

- Accounts receivable and accounts payable

- GST reconciliation and submission

- Payroll and related HR duties eg. Maintaining employee records, ad-hoc work permit application/cancellation

- CPF preparation and submission

- Support in ad-hoc admin duties eg. Liase with vendors/suppliers/customers

- Prepare for annual audit, liaise with auditor

Requirements :

- LCCI / ACCA / Diploma in Accounting

- 5 years accounting experience

- Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance

Job Description

• Perform Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable functions, including data entry into the systems
• Check staff reimbursements, project petty cash claims and adhoc payments
• Ensure accurate project costing updates, verify interim valuation certificates, and allocate staff costs effectively within projects.
• Update related party transactions / balances
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations
• Assists in year-end audit.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimally 1 year experience in administrative/accounting roles
• Possess basic accounting knowledge
• Diploma in or currently pursuing Accounting qualifications.
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve professional skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting duties including bookkeeping, handling receivables and payables, maintaining general ledgers and preparing accounting schedules, etc
• Handle daily cash/bank transactions and bank reconciliation
• Assist in debt collection
• Support audit and tax filings
• Reconcile intercompany transactions
• Support the operational teams in maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships
• Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting & finance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Hands-on experience in MS Excel, MS Words and computerized accounting systems
