• Generate and print member statements of account (SOA) in batches and ensure they are sent before the 10th working day.
• Generate lists of expired, terminated, and withdrawn members for checking and submission to AP for SD refunds via PayNow.
• Update reconciliation for F&B recoverable accounts against the General Ledger (GL).
• Participate in the half-yearly club-wide fixed asset audit and surprise cash counts at collection counters.
• Perform accounts reconciliation to ensure financial control.

Job Description

▶Assisting with the maintenance of AR/AP accounts in MYOB and Excel schedules

▶Assisting with creation of invoices & receipts

▶Assisting with the payment transactions and monitoring of cash flow

▶Assisting with preparation of weekly aging and monthly bank reconciliations

▶Assisting with monthly creation of management financials

▶Assisting with quarterly GST submission

▶Assisting with general office administration and data entry

▶Other duties as assigned

Working Hours:

▶5.25 days work week (Mon-Fri 0845-1745, Sat 0845-1245 (Alternate)

Job Requirements:

▶Proficient in MS Excel & Word

▶Able to multi-task, and is meticulous and careful

▶Knowledge in MYOB Accounting software is a plus

▶No experience required, Fresh grads welcome! (knowledge of Accounting will be a plus)

• Responsible in Accounts receiveable and payable
• Prepare weekly cash flow, perform monthly bank reconciliation and quarterly GST reconcillation,
• Keep track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Processing of payments to suppliers, petty cash and staff claims
• Min 1 years working experiences with relevant expereience
• MYOB proficiency
• Bilingual and computer literate
• Flexi work arrangement available

Job Description & Requirements

· Issue invoices & email to customers & cargo agent

· Release AWB to Coload/Export on request

· Request of AWB when stocks low

· Monitoring, updating & recording of AWB inventory

· Cost checking of invoices from Airlines and cargo agents

· Process vendor invoices and payment vouchers

· Follow up with vendors for refunds and dispute

· Follow up with customers for payment and any dispute

· Ensure monthly closing of AP, AR and generated report on timely basis

· Bank reconciliation and Gst F5

· Pass Journal entries

· Ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager as & when required

· Great Team Player

· Relevant experience is preferred, inexperience will be considered.

· Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

· Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month

• Alternate Saturday, 08:00 to 12:00 hours
