Salary: $2500 to $2800

Job Description:

Responsibilities :
• Support daily operation of in Finance, HR and Admin Department
• Record suppliers’ invoices and staff claims.
• Process payments.
• Reconcile AP balance against supplier’s SOA.
• Maintain Fixed Assets listing.
• Perform month end financial closing.
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Prepare and submit GST returns.
• Prepare bank reconciliation and audit schedules.
• Maintain accounting files and records.
• Support in financial audits
• Handle HR and general administrative duties
• Job rotation
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirement:
• A level or Diploma in Accounting & Finance/Business Administrative
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting system would be advantageous.
• Able to work independently and as a team to support each other.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the team to provide programme support for transnational couples, couples in early marrige or preparing for marriage. This include events planning and coordinating workshops that cater to the unique needs of transnational families and young couples aged between 18 to 24. Responsibilities include:

• Events planning and implementation based on client needs
• Provide administrative support for events and workshops
• Plan manpower roster for programme
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities
• Develop informative materials for clients and volunteers
• Coordinate with external agencies for execution of programme
• Conduct outreach activities to target client group
• Provide feedback and programme updates.

Bachelor Degree in any field

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of programme/project administration or other relevant experience
• MS Office proficiency.
