RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for visitors and managing the front desk area
• Meet and greet parents and students, attend to visitors and external vendors
• Perform general administrative duties and data entries to support the school operations
• Attend to phone calls and provide appropriate information on general enquiries relating to the school, school fees and programs
• Support inventory management, sale and purchase of school resources
• Assist in the management of student information and school information sharing
• Conduct health check for students and assist them to classrooms when they are late
• As and when required, assist with assigned tasks as required

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma with 2 years working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT savvy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Cooperative, positive, resilient and respectful attitude towards all community members

Electrical Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Involved and supervise in Electrical works.
• Ensure all electrical work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Plan and schedule electrical projects, ensuring timely completion.

Lorry Crane Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a lorry crane for town council projects for day-to-day operation.
• Operate lorry crane to lift, move or reposition loads safety and precisely.
• Comply strictly with the company’s work safe procedure and Singapore Traffic Regulations.
• Ensuring high level of safety issues and procedure are met.
• Accountable for traffic offences committed.
• Keep the lorry clean and well-maintained.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by Superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• A Singapore-issued Class 4 driving license is required.
• Completion certificate for appropriate crane course from BCA.
• Appropriate safety orientation course certificate.
• ITE/Diploma in Electrical
• At least 2 years relevant experience in Construction industry.
• Good safety awareness.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to work OT.
• Able to read and write in English.
