IN BRIEF

The Account Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of client projects, managing day-to-day activities for the client account and supporting the Account Manager / Director in meeting client needs.

The Account Executive will handle client requests, prepare client reports and manage client communications. The Account Executive should foster respect from subordinates, peers, management and clients alike through solid support of tasks when required e.g. administrative, creative and budgetary support on all project elements.

To be successful in this role, you should come from a client facing role, either in Accounts or Production, with a strong understanding of experiential marketing, social & a high touch understanding of what is important to a brand. About the Role - Retail Leasing team in Singapore, where you'll be responsible for creating and executing leasing strategies for retail properties. About the role:

Accounts Executive, Payroll

Reporting to the Accountant, we are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Executive, Payroll to manage the hotel’s payroll system, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of wages in compliance with applicable tax laws and Four Seasons Hotel Singapore policies. This role requires knowledge of any Payroll software, strong technical expertise in payroll processes and accounting principles.

What you will do:

• Accurately input and process payroll data for the preparation of cheques.
• Review employee status changes and ensure correct data entry into the payroll system.
• Reconcile discrepancies in pay cheques with Department Heads or individual employees.

About the Job

As FDM continues to rapidly expand its business operations in Asia Pacific; we are seeking individuals who can demonstrate the potential to build a successful career in Sales.

As a strategic partner, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns the people strategies & policies in the assigned Division(s) with the overall THKMC mission, vision and objectives. Responsibilities:
