The Programme Executive (PE) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the programmes offered by the Institute, and assigned frontline student services. He/She may be assigned to various functions/tasks, and hence he/she should possess have good EQ and inter-personal communicatons skills, in order to be able to work with other departments.
The PE’s responsibilities include the following:
1) Perform frontline / customer services
a) Liaise with external organisations/participants with regards to the programme delivery.
b) Liaise with teammates and other stakeholders to provide student recruitment, orientation and admission.
c) Manage expectations, feedback and enquiries from students/public on programmes offered.
d) Assist in data collation, reporting and analysing department’s statistics and data.
2) Inter-department collaboration
a) Support the delivery of programmes and work with internal departments to fulfil other administrative duties as required, which include tasks related to finance, logistics, operations, marketing, etc.
b) Participate in continuous performance review and work improvement process
3) Any other duties as assigned by Team Lead / Supervisor or Head of Department.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in program management, student services, or a similar field is preferred.
- NITEC/A-level / Diploma holder
- Proficient in Microsoft excel/word/power point
- Self-driven, resourceful, organised and meticulous
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Good presentation skills
- Able to meet tight deadline
- Able to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to learn and can adapt to changes.
