Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with various internal/external stakeholders to develop, promote and implement Health Promotion/Intervention programmes and services for staff to improve their health status and well-being.
• Plan and organise various hospital level health, sports and social recreational activities events
• Analyse post health screening data to implement needs-based health promotion and intervention programmes. Track pre-post programme results to ensure successful health outcome.
• Engage and motivate staff to take charge of their health and overall well-being.
• Undertake the Secretariat roles for both Workplace Safety & Health Council plus Well-being Committee to support the hospital efforts in the development and implementation of the workplace safety and health framework as well as promote staff wellness.
• Support the Department’s digitalization efforts to improve connectivity with staff in accessing well-being initiatives and programmes.
