4. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and progress in our CRM system
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
6. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients
7. Coordinate with finance staff for customer invoicing and bookkeeping

Requirements:

1. Competency in written and spoken Chinese as some Chinese clients will only speak Chinese
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
5. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Remuneration:

Basic monthly salary: SGD $3500 - $4500

Variable monthly salary: Additional bonuses based on sales revenue

Commitment: Full-time

Working hours: 5 Days, 10am-7pm on Monday to Sunday. 1030am to 530pm on Saturday to Sunday.

We are hiring our first Mid-Market Account Executive in Singapore who will play a massive role in Gong’s growth. As one of the first boots-on-the-ground Account Executives for APAC, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding existing business. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage prospects from lead to close.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Provide timely and accurate forecasts while managing a pipeline.
• Partner with International teams based largely in the US & EMEA to ensure the voice of the region and its customers are being heard.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers.
• Comfortable and energized operating and problem-solving in a fast-moving organization, working inbound and outbound opportunities across a range of industries and company size.
• Exceed Quota.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-7 years of relevant work/closing experience.
• Track record of overachieving revenue targets.
• Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional fluency in English.
• Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented & well-organized.
• A strong team player but still a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Available & have a working visa to work in Singapore.
