• Diploma / Degree in Logistics Supply Chain
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong in co-ordination skills
• Meticulous and Tech savvy
• Able to converse in English & Mandarin due to the need to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Administration duties:

1. Tabulation of monthly birthday report.
2. Sorting of daily mails for residents.

Front Office & Cashiering duties:

1. Attend to resident's check-in and check-out.
2. Handle cashier duty, i.e. Payment received from residents.
3. Prepare arrival and departure documentation.
4. Assist with programming of keycards.
5. Handle residents' requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
6. Handle incoming calls.
7. Provide information on facilities, services, places of interest and events to residents when required.
8. Respond to emails from residents and other departments.
9. Coordinate with other departments to resolve residents' feedback or complaints.
10. Posting of miscellaneous transactions and receipts in system.

Resident Events and Children's Activities:

1. Participate in the brain storming session and provide suggestion for monthly resident events and children's activities.
2. Assist with the sourcing of services and products for the events and activities.
3. Execute and participate in the events and activities.

Facilities:

1. Assist with daily routine inspection for facilities and report on defects.
2. Perform daily cleaning of Starbucks self-serve kiosk.
3. Assist residents with booking of facilities (Tennis Court, Collab, Meet & BBQ) and preparation of facilities prior to commencement of booking session.

Job requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in hotel / serviced apartments / customer service
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism
• Any 5 days work week including weekends and public holidays
• Shift work (7:30am - 4:30pm / 1-10pm)

• Conceptualise, storyboard, produce, and edit video/animation content for internal and strategic communication campaigns, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with the organisation’s messaging and goals.
• Operate professional filming equipment to capture high-quality footage for projects, including setting up shots, managing lighting, and ensuring technical accuracy during production.
• Conceptualise, design, and execute creative briefs for internal communication platforms.
• Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are met on schedule.
• Serve as a brand steward by maintaining consistency in visual style, tone, and messaging across all multimedia content, ensuring strict adherence to the organisation’s corporate identity guidelines.
• Provide branding advice to internal stakeholders to ensure coherence with the overall brand strategy.
