Reporting directly to the Director of Studies and with dotted reporting to the Communications and Marketing Manager, the incumbent will implement marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition for all products and services of Alliance Francaise (“AF”) by identifying new business opportunities and new sales leads.
DIGITAL MARKETING
- SEO/SEM management, especially for the Language Center
- Data acquisition to reach more prospects, especially for the Language Center
NEW CUSTOMERS ACQUISITION
- Collaborate closely with the Communications and Marketing Manager to achieve effective communications and monitor the needs of the Language Center.
- Contact and pitch AF’s services to companies; drive expansion of services for existing customers; build and maintain fruitful relationships with them; handle requests and inquiries.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract more new students (toddlers, kids, teenagers, adults) and to retain current students.
MARKETING STUDIES
- Conduct and analyze customer surveys to gather more data and develop marketing strategies
- Analyze marketing and sales data from AF and our competitors.
- Create, pitch and develop new products or service contents in areas for optimization especially for the Language Center.
- Organize and prepare marketing campaigns to promote courses and exams for the dissemination by the communications team.
OTHERS
- Plan and monitor annual marketing budget in collaboration with the Finance Manager.
- Attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions for the Language Center.
- Prepare complimentary vouchers for movies, concerts, etc. and gift vouchers for classes.
- Ensure regular and efficient reporting to the Management.
