• Collate and prepare monthly report on nursing clinical indicators.
• Assist Nurse Managers (NMs) in the analysis of clinical data for quality improvement projects.
• Take minutes for monthly Nurse Leaders Meeting.
• Assist trainers / NMs to keep proper record of nursing training.
• Assist NMs in processing quality audits according to Enhanced Nursing Home Standards.
• Assist NMs to maintain an up-to-date record of staff overtime claims.
• Assist Nursing Administration in emergency preparedness activities. e.g. Pandemic drill, fire drill etc.
• Maintain and update central depository for all nursing related policies / forms.
• Any other admin duties as assigned by the supervisor / manager.

Requirements:

• Atleast 2 years of experience in Nursing Admin | Secretarial Support
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) would be preferred
• Immediate starter is preferred

About the role

As a Strata Management Accounts Admin at Knight Frank, you will be resonsible for handling accounting administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail.

What you will be doing:

• Prepare partial or full set of accounts.
  • Prepare schedules for all Profit and Loss (P/L) and Balance Sheet (B/S) items.
  • Address and resolve accounting-related queries.
  • Prepare Goods and Services Tax (GST) reports.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks and operations team.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by Manager or Team Leader.

• Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel and Word, with familiarity in accounting software as a plus.
• Meticulous and responsible, ensuring accurate accounting records.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and operate independently.

JOB SCOPE
