Core duties:
- Manage payroll calculations including bank bulk payroll upload, CPF submissions, FWL submissions, etc
- Manage leave records
- Assist to create and maintain personnel files and records
- Process medical reimbursements for staff (FWs and locals), etc
- Schedule and manage internal training such as new-hire orientation / on-boarding, on-job-training, supplier-product training courses, etc
- Apply for grants, subsidies and waivers
- Assist with the hiring processes such as posting of job ads, screening & interviews etc
- Manage FW applications & renewals
- Onboarding & offboarding processes
- Assist with any WSH incident reporting & insurance claims
- Assisting with mediation & resolution of staff-related complaints/issues
- Assisting with management of company staff events such as company D & D, CSR programs, etc
- Manage FW accommodations such as making dormitory arrangements & inspections, etc
- Assist with the ordering and distribution of company uniforms, safety boots, PPEs, personal tools, etc for staff
- Any other job scope or tasks to be appointed.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma education
- Capable of performing physical job tasks in process of facilitating HR functions
- Knowledge of HR functions with some practical experience preferred
- At least of 1 year of HR experienced
Working day(s) & Timing:
Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30am
