About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our corporate team as a Franchise Support and Development Executive. You will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to our network of franchisees, ensuring the successful establishment, operation and growth of Snap Fitness franchises. Your responsibilities will include assisting franchisees in various aspects of their business, addressing inquiries, and facilitating communication between franchisees and the corporate team.

Working within a small, yet dynamic team of like-minded individuals, you will be required to be a self-starter, an accomplished problem solver, possessing excellent customer service ethic and communication skills, whilst maintaining high standards of work with a focus on attention to detail, and accept that ownership of the support role to our network, cannot be placed on paper – it is a way of thinking.

What you’ll do

Franchisee Support

• Monitor and engage with franchisees and provide regular updates to corporate headquarters
• Guide and support franchisees through the pre-opening process, providing detailed information about our brand, business model, and franchise requirements while maintaining the brand's standards and expectations
• Collaborate with franchisees during the opening process, ensuring a smooth and successful launch of their facilities
• Conduct training sessions for new franchisees on operational procedures, brand standards, and customer service to ensure consistency across all locations.
• Serve as a liaison between corporate headquarters and franchisees to address inquiries, concerns, and provide ongoing support.

Compliance Oversight

• Work closely with franchisees to ensure that approved plans are properly executed and aligns with the franchise guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that operational and brand standards are communicated, trained, and maintained across the network
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to franchisees to enhance the overall brand consistency and member experience

Location Scouting

• Research and analyze potential locations for new franchises, considering demographic trends, competition, and market demand.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, property owners, and developers to identify and negotiate favorable lease agreements for new locations
• Evaluate the feasibility of potential locations based on factors such as technical suitability, foot traffic, accessibility, and local zoning regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in franchise support, business development, or a similar role within the fitness or hospitality industry is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with franchisees and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess potential locations based on various factors.
• Attentive to detail and a strong understanding of brand guidelines and franchise requirements

Administrative duties

· Attend to phone enquiries and walk-ins

· Perform general administrative duties such as bank-in cheques, filing,, document transmittal note, maintain proper documentations

· Submit clearance for personnel to enter to site.

· Arrangement of Drivers to courier documents/ goods

· Assist HR to collate and sort timecard/attendance

· Other Ad-hoc Duties as assigned

Accounting duties

· Check, Verify and process billings and invoices from suppliers/sub contractors

· Check subcontractors invoices tally with QS verified amount/prepare reporting and keep track of invoices/retention amount/claimed amount does not exceed contract sum

· Attend to billing enquiries, check and resolve billing issues/ ensure all purchases are accounted for

· Ensure proper filing system and proper documentation of invoices/DO/subcontractor LOA

· Record entries of supplier’s invoices, petty cash voucher into madsoft system

· Assist in project reporting

· Liaising with accounts executive/manager from HQ

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Accounting field with at least 2 years of experience.

· Experience in Madsoft Software is an advantage

· Fluent in English & Chinese, Malay is a plus.

· Cheerful, Responsible, Meticulous, Fast-thinker and Takes initiative in work.

· Fast Learner, Able to get things done fast in a systematic way.

· Able to start work immediately or within short notice

We are looking for candidates who can build The Garcha Group brand digitally on all platforms leading to direct measurable revenue for all hotel rooms and F&B outlets.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Be a brand guardian for The Garcha Group, setting the tone as well as the look & feel ofall communication.

- Create and execute social media calendar for daily content on social channels such as

Facebook and Instagram.

- Create and execute EDM schedule.

- Review and respond to all reviews on social media, Marriott and OTA channels within 24

hours.

- Initiate and maintain a yearly schedule of events for marketing campaigns.

- Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns both room-side as well as F&B at

property level, enabling more customized and need based marketing.

- Create and organise photography, videography and associated editing for all marketing

needs.

- Maintain and update Marriott and "vanity" hotel and F&B websites' content to ensure all

communication is up-to-date and on brand

- Create and ensure version control of all graphic collateral assets in all departments of all

hotels and F&B.

- Coordinate PR events with and independently from PR company, and continue

relationships/partnerships.

- Assess, recommend, and develop and maintain relationships with influencers, through a

planned schedule of invitations to hotel inspections and hosted events.

- Respond to all emails within 24 hours regarding any marketing and influencer

opportunities.

- Be up to date with online, above the line, below the line market trends and new

developments.

- Actively monitor competitors' online, above the line, below the line marketing programs

- Identify other online marketing opportunities to increase brand and hotel awareness from

time to time.

- Drive traffic and conversion for the F&B dining venues website, ensuring offers are relevant to the market and produce results

- Maintain and update website content to ensure brand standards and web audit goals are met

- Create awareness and visibility of F&B website through Search Engine Optimization and Display Media

- Ensure optimal utilization of Marriott digital tools and channels to maximize marketing coverage

Other Projects/Responsibilities:

• Identify online marketing opportunities to increase property visibility and awareness

• Support and give advice on any-related digital / online initiatives

• Develop annual digital marketing strategy for the hotel

• Produce videos and/or prints for media marketing purposes

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the whole warehouse operations and in charge of day-to-day inventory and distribution management.
• Coordinate with internal divisions to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client orders.
• Conduct prompt investigations for any shipping and inventory discrepancies by collaborating with internal stakeholders to determine and implement effective preventive measures.
• In-charge of assessing, maintaining, and updating appropriate procedures and paperwork’s.
• Manage and maintain procurement-related operations within the department.
• Execute system testing, simulations, and/or validations on a regular basis.
• Any ad hoc duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics or equivalent.
• At least 3 – 5 years of warehouse or distribution management experience in supervisory role.
• Prior experience working in Distribution Centre Management will be an added advantage.
