1.The WSHO shall brief the Waste Infrastructure Operations and Management Division

(WIOMD) installation’s Safety Committee quarterly on updates on any incidences and new

5. Assist the plant supervisor in investigating into any accident which takes place within the

Installations arising from the use of such machinery, plant, equipment, appliance or manual

labour, and check the plant supervisor's report and the action taken to remove the causes of

6. Investigate into every fatal accident and dangerous occurrence which takes place within the

Installations and any industrial disease contacted in the Installations.

7. Organise campaigns, training courses, competitions, contests and other activities which will

Job Requirements:

• A level/Polytechnic Diploma in any disciplines with/without relevant admin experience.
• Preference will be given to those with admin experience

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations across departments
• Document Management: Maintain and organize digital and physical records, ensuring easy access and compliance with company policies
• Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members and stakeholders
• Communication Handling: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams
• Office Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies to maintain efficient workflow
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions
• Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately input data into company systems and generate reports as required
• Expense Tracking: Support finance by maintaining records of expenses and processing invoices
• Policy Compliance: Ensure all administrative processes adhere to company policies and local regulations
• Team Support: Collaborate with team members to assist with ad-hoc tasks and contribute to a positive office environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of administrative tools is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

• Creation and update of vendor master data in SAP, and perform UEN search on vendor’s information, where required.
• Ensure completion of vendor master request forms and acknowledgement of direct credit authorisation forms from the bank.
• Follow-up with monthly mass emails to vendors to confirm changes to bank account details and to effect changes in SAP.
• Perform SAP vendor master annual housekeeping exercise.

Job Scope
