• Update email address for E-Invoice and E-SOA
• Upload invoice to portal eg. gov.sg
• Handle billing, collection, and reporting tasks within designated deadlines.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from customers/banker and sales teams.
• Undertake accounts reconciliation of receipts
• Timely month-end closing for accounts receivable function
• Monitor and ensure healthy AR ageing report
• Follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Conduct monthly debtor meeting to discuss on the outstanding invoices with sales team
• Review new customer application and creation of account
• To prepare periodic reports and schedules
• Assist in annual Parts Stock take
• Assist in annual audits
• Other ad-hoc task assign

The person:

• Minimum - Diploma in Accountancy
• 2-3 years of general accounting experience. Industry experience in accounts payable and banking advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Attentive to details & accuracy. Well versed in English

Job Description:

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy/Finance. Otherwise, 2-3 years of relevant working experience is accepted
• Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude
• Must be able to work independently and be resourceful
• Well organized with excellent time management, computer and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Knowledge of XERO Accounting will be an advantage
• Preferable for candidate to start work immediately

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm (Including of 1 hour of lunch break)
• Saturday (Alternate) 8.30am to 1pm

Project Design & Engineering Calculations and Proposal drawings to Client Management.

Preferable 2D & 3D knowledge in AutoCAD & Autodesk Inventor or Solid Works

Reverse Engineering as per Equipment sample or Site measurement studies

Analyse sub-contractor proposals, design and calculation feasibility study.

Coordinate with Government and various agencies.

Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with safety codes, and other regulations.

Manpower planning, deployment and control and on-time schedule.

Coordinate to resolve engineering and construction issues and manage the schedule.

Safety mindset and ability to develop RA and permit to work application.

Maintain proper project documentation and ensure accuracy of all design submissions to comply with project specifications and clients’ requirements.

Monitoring of site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and schedule of works

Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship and in line with safety procedures

Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work

Issuing of material requisition form, assist in purchasing materials/items required by production/customers, prepare marketing material & etc.

Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with Engineering approval from Authority, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

Establish effective communications with the Client's field representative, through discussions, and such other arrangements as are required to maintain close working relationships.

Any adhoc duties as assigned by management.

Min 3-5 years’ of experience in Engineering mfg, Recycling, Oil & Gas and Chemical plant industry.
