Facilities Management

• Conduct regular inspections of building facilities and equipment, identifying and reporting issues for resolution.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs with contractors and vendors such as HVAC systems, lifts, plumbing, and electrical systems.

• Assist in organizing fire drills and ensuring staff are familiar with evacuation procedures.
• Liaise with external vendors for the maintenance and inspection of fire safety systems.
• Assist in ensuring fire safety compliance during audits or inspections by regulatory bodies (e.g., SCDF)
• Minimum ITE qualification in Building Services, Facilities Management, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in facilities or safety management.
• Certifications such as Fire Safety Manager (FSM) or knowledge of the Workplace Safety & Health Act are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
