Job Title : Assistant Accounts Executive (Admin Role)

Location : Orchard

Working days: 5 days work week ( Need to work twice to thrice a month on a weekend & day off will be on a weekday )

Job Description

Basically, your duties as an Assistant Accounts Executive are as follows:

a. Generate daily and monthly report for cash discrepancies

b. Collection and packing of Daily Reports

c. Vouching all Credit Payments and assist in rectifying problems pertaining to discrepancies

d. Sort and prepare slip bags for use daily on sales floor. To ensure proper submission (by merchandising department) and filing of all slips

e. Support POS Training to cashiers and assist in the supervision of stocktake

f. Support merchandising department for any enquiries pertaining to POS problem solving

g. Creation of cashier ID

h. Filing & packing of accounts documents to warehouse

i. Any other job-related duties assigned by the Company or your superior.

This position will report to our Events Lead where he/ she will be trained and developed in the area of events management. Job Responsibilities
1. Assist Event Leads & Managers in the conceptualisation of new & unique programs

2. Lead & assist coordination and planning of ongoing client events (including administrative duties such as preparation of event plans)

3. Assist our event hosts with facilitation of our team building programs

4. Active participation in the team’s strategic planning process assisting the Events Lead with development of a workplace for management and expansion.

Qualifications
1. Possess a bachelor's/diploma preferably in events management or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

2. Have a strong passion for events.

3. Team player and has the ability to multi-task well under pressure.

4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors and teammates.

5. Proficiency in MS applications, not limiting to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle billing, full set of Account, Tax, audit and reporting.
2. Ensure timely closing for account.
3. Assist HR and admin matters.
4. Assist Manager on other ad-hoc assignment.

Required skills:

• Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate in Accounts.
• Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic NAV is an advantage
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Responsible and has a positive attitude towards multi-tasking
• Available immediate or within short notice
