Job Scope:

• Work with the Office Relocation team as Finance Representative in preparation for moving of office, including packing of documents.
• Support the annual asset verification cum asset write-off exercise in preparation for office relocation.
• Support the registration and tagging of new assets, and update asset locations post office relocation.
• Liaise with the business departments in asset verification and tagging.
• Work with the vendor to troubleshoot issues faced during the asset verification exercises conducted using RFID technology.
• Assist with asset management transactions/postings in Workday and Digital Workplace Asset Management System, reconciliations, etc.
• Perform sampling checks on assets.
• Any other adhoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Education in Accounting or Finance with working experience in asset management
• Independent, self-motivated and responsible team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (mandatory), Workday (preferred) and Digital Workplace Asset Management System (preferred)

Contract Period: 12 months

Location: Alexandra Road

Working Hours:

8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thu) and 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales enquiries and prepare quotations for customers.
• Follow up on quotations for customers.

• Provide general administrative and operational support to sales team.
• Any other duties as and when assigned.
