Job Description:

• Organizing the sales team's activities including generating quotes, managing the order process through to payment receipt, and maintaining document records.
• Assisting in the daily management of commercial operations from start to finish.
• Facilitating the operations team in scheduling engineers for onboard vessel assignments both locally and internationally.
• Addressing and resolving customer disputes or complaints to reduce occurrences.
• Compiling sales reports for managerial assessment.
• Fulfilling any additional responsibilities delegated by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a diploma.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Possess an understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Demonstrate the ability to work well within a team and exhibit self-motivation.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience, with a preference for backgrounds in marine, engineering, or logistics

Job responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and canvassing etc
• Set up meetings with potential clients
• Prepare and deliver quotations
• Negotiate/close deals
• Update/maintain your database of clients in CRM system
• Provide good after-sales service

Requirements:

• With min 1 year B2B sales experience, those with Corporate Office Solutions sales will be preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Word and Ms Excel
• Ability to travel to clients site, own transport is not required as transport fee is claimable
