Key Responsibilities & Skills:
a. Communications Management
· Develop and implement effective communication strategies for both internal and external audiences.
· Oversee the creation and meticulous vetting of all marketing and communication collaterals ensuring consistent and clear messaging.
b. Content Creation
· Create compelling and engaging content across various channels, including press releases, website content, social media posts, thought leadership articles, and executive speeches.
· Assist in development and production of marketing materials including, but not limited to: social media graphics, bite-sized videos and print collaterals.
· Oversee the company’s social media presence, creating and curating content, scheduling posts and engaging with the audience to build brand awareness.
· Manage content calendar and responsible for ensuring timely updates on all owned channels.
c. Stakeholder Collaboration
· Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
· Work closely with internal stakeholders (Operations) and external agencies (PR, digital marketing) to ensure cohesive communication and alignment of marketing efforts.
d. Event Planning & Execution
· Support the planning and execution of events hosted by the company such as conferences, workshops and networking sessions.
· Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.
