• Oversee linen and uniform store operations with outsourced service partners.
• Support procurement activities, including contracts, new linen purchases, and curtain replacements.
• Monitor and review KPIs for outsourced Environmental Services providers.
• Address feedback promptly and implement corrective/preventive measures.
• Conduct audits, stock counts, and ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
• Prior Experience in Environmental Services preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking approach.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data tabulation, and statistical analysis.
