• Local accounting firm
• Candidate must possess at least LCCI or Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field, preferably in accounting firm.
• Able to handle full sets of accounts, including preparation of schedules for audit purposes, GST schedules and submission.
• Able to handle payroll will be added advantage
• Able to perform good quality work in a capable, efficient and appropriate manner
• Responsible with good work attitude and integrity
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in recording accounting entries correctly and completely, ensuring accuracy in financial reports. Good understanding of accounting, taxation and other statutory compliance requirements applied to your work.
• Financial Analysis: Ability to understand and analyze financial data and provide explanation and communicate insights.
• Personal effectiveness: Able to organise work to be completed according to deadlines, multitask, organise and good time management. Ability to handle high volumes and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable: Invoicing & Collections
• Accounts Payable: Record supplier/consultant invoices & payments
• General Ledger & Fixed Asset: Journals, reconciliations, month-end closing
• Statutory: GST & any other indirect tax returns, audit, tax, and corporate secretarial matters
• Group reporting: Daily, weekly, monthly
• Liaise with project team, customers, suppliers, auditors, tax agents & bankers
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting & finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamic accounting system would be an advantage
• Prior experience in outsourced accounting services company or MNC group finance handling multiple entities for advertising, consultancy, services will be highly relevant.
