Job Nature:
Part-Time, Permanent: 8am-12pm, Monday to Friday; Possible to transfer to Full-time in the future.

Job Description:
- Handle day-to-day accounting duties.
- Maintain and update procedural documents.
- Clerical support and admin duties.
- Monitor customers’ accounts and follow up on outstanding payment issues.
- Perform data double entries, full set of accounts and documents archive.
- Assist in bank account opening
- Assist in Singapore work passes application of customers
- Any other ad hoc duties or errands as assigned.
Job requirements:
1. Diploma in Accounting or equivalent certification, or have long years’ experience in accounting.
2. Bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking customers & suppliers
3. Minimum 1-year double entry/book-keeping experience.
4. Computer literacy such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
5. Salary will be commensurate based on experience
6. Able to start work immediately or in short notice is an advantage
7. High work ethics, and good awareness of confidentiality.
