Responsibilities

Marketing Research and Analysis

• Perform comprehensive market research to pinpoint potential markets and customer needs.
• Evaluate market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback.
• Create detailed reports and presentations on market opportunities and strategic recommendations.

Business Development

• Establish and achieve annual sales targets.
• Discover and pursue new business opportunities in the Healthcare/Environment sectors.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales plans.
• Grow the customer base and collaborate with the Product Team for sales promotions.

Client Relationship Management

• Oversee a portfolio of customers and coordinate with internal teams.
• Foster and sustain strong client relationships.
• Conduct business meetings, negotiations, and client visits.
• Address and follow up on customer complaints.

Collaboration and Coordination

• Work with internal teams to synchronize efforts and meet business objectives.
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

Product Demonstrations

• Present and demonstrate products to highlight their features and benefits.
• Show how our solutions cater to the specific needs of potential clients.

Sales Negotiation

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
• Meet sales targets, assess demand, and manage RFQs and pricing.
• Prepare quarterly business activity reports and opportunity applications.
• Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and legal standards.

Reporting

• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer pipeline status.
• Generate regular sales reports for management review.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Business / Marketing or any Engineering Related Field
• Successful candidate must have direct B2B Sales Experience in a Market Development and Sales Role.
• Working Experience in healthcare or environmental industry.
• Candidate that hae experience selling IC / Electronic Components to healthcare or environmental industry will have an advantage.

• Assisting company to achieve Greenhouse Gases emission reduction and sustainability initiatives
• Looking out for emissions reduction opportunities and renewable energy subsidiary
• Getting proposal for renewal energy initiatives including budget, estimated cost and potential savings in energy
• Aiding for government incentives and grant application relating to sustainable energy
• Dealing with projects to make sure sustainable energy initiatives
• Generating reports on the progress and effectiveness of implementing renewable energy measures

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Environmental Science related courses
• Experience in Greenhouse Gases Control and its database management & analysis
• Understanding internationally recognised environmental reporting standard & Greenhouse Gases inventory management

Job Descriptions:

• Process Accounts payable invoices matching and verifying with Purchase Orders and good receipts to ensure compliance with SOX requirements and GST regulations
• Perform supplier reconciliation on a monthly basis
• Liaise with buyers and suppliers to resolve Invoice on-hold issues
• Other duties/ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Preferably with 1-2yrs experience in Accounts Payable
• Good time management and comfortable to work in fast-paced environment
• Experience in using Oracle R12 or other Accounting systems and MS Excel will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
